How it works
- Sign up free. It takes a minute on your phone. Add PaidReview to your home screen so it opens like an app.
- Pick a visit. Choose a business to phone, try online or visit in person. You can do one visit per business.
- Do it like a real customer. Ring up, ask a question, browse or place an order, and take a screenshot or photo as proof.
- Send your report. Score the experience and say honestly what went well and what could be better.
- Get paid. Approved visits go into your balance. Request a payout and it reaches your bank, usually within 24 hours.
What you need
- To live in the UK and be aged 16 or over
- A smartphone, an email address and a phone number
- A UK bank account for your payouts
- Accounts on Google, Trustpilot and Feefo, or be willing to open them. They are free and take a couple of minutes.
About reviews
Some businesses invite their mystery shoppers to leave a review, which is why we ask you to have Google, Trustpilot and Feefo accounts. A review is always your choice and never affects your pay. If you do leave one, it must be your honest opinion and must include the line “I was a paid mystery shopper for this business.” That keeps every review genuine and within the law.

Is PaidReview mystery shopping legit?
Yes. Businesses pay us to have real people try out their service and report honestly. You are paid for every visit that is approved, straight to your UK bank account. It is free to join and we will never ask you to pay anything.
Can I really mystery shop from home?
Yes. Most visits are phone calls or website visits you can do from your sofa in a few minutes. There are in-store visits too, if you would like to get out and about.
Who can become a mystery shopper?
Anyone who lives in the UK, is aged 16 or over, and has a phone, an email address and a UK bank account. No experience is needed. What matters is that you are honest, careful and do every visit properly.
How much can I earn?
You are paid a set fee for every approved visit, and you can see the current rate as soon as you sign up. The more visits you complete properly, the more you earn. You can do one visit per business, and there are lots of businesses to choose from.
How and when do I get paid?
Approved visits are added to your balance. Request a payout whenever you like and the money is sent to your bank account, usually within 24 hours and always within 5 working days.
Do I need Google, Trustpilot and Feefo accounts?
Yes, please have accounts on Google, Trustpilot and Feefo, or be happy to set them up. They are free and take a couple of minutes. Some businesses invite their mystery shoppers to leave an honest review, and you will need an account to do that. Reviews are always your choice and never affect your pay.
Do I have to leave a review to get paid?
No. You are paid for the mystery shop and your report, not for reviews. If a business invites you and you choose to leave one, it must be your honest opinion and must say you were a paid mystery shopper.
Is there an app?
Yes. Sign up on your phone at paidreview.co.uk and add it to your home screen. It then opens just like an app, so you can find new visits in one tap. There is nothing to download from an app store.
